Assembler & Equipment Operator, 2nd Shift

Assembler/Equipment Operator – Located in Delaware, OH, fully on‑site.

Job duties include ensuring components are machined and finished as per drawings and procedures, meeting quality standards.

• 2nd shift Monday – Thursday (4:00 pm – 2:30 am)
• Training on 1st shift 2–4 weeks:
  Monday – Thursday, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm

• Starting pay: $23.00 per hour + $0.75 shift differential
• Pay schedule:
  Biweekly

• Follow production orders, company procedures, and supervisor directions; prepare parts and assemble components into assemblies.
• Perform assembly operations by means of power tools or specialized equipment to produce pressure vessels and heat exchangers.
• Prepare parts for assembly by grinding, blasting, cutting metals, etc.
• Execute assembly in accordance with company procedures and documents, meeting defined quality and safety standards.
• Maintain equipment properly by applying preventative maintenance as instructed.
• Propose new methods, procedures, or equipment to improve efficiency and/or quality.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods of time.
• Ability to regularly lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to use standard hand and power tools such as drills, grinders, etc.
• Proactive in proposing solutions.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand fractions, decimals, and measurement techniques.
