** Industrial Maintenance Technicians
** for a growing  
** automotive manufacturing facility** . This role supports the production of  
** fiberglass automotive components
** through hands-on fabrication, finishing, and material handling tasks.

** Key Responsibilities*
* As a Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will:

+ Assist with  
** fiberglass manufacturing processes** , including preparation and handling of materials

+ Perform  
** assembly, trimming, sanding, and finishing of automotive parts*
* + Load and unload  
** fiberglass components
** throughout production

+ Conduct  
** basic quality inspections
** to ensure product standards are met

+ Follow  
** safety procedures and PPE requirements
** in a manufacturing environment

+ Maintain a  
** clean, organized, and efficient workspace*
* + Support additional  
** general labor and production tasks
** as assigned

** Qualifications*
* + Previous experience in  
** manufacturing, production, fiberglass, or general labor
** preferred

+ Ability to work  
** night shift schedules (10-hour or 12-hour shifts)*
* + Comfortable with  
** physical work, lifting, and repetitive tasks*
* + Strong attention to  
** detail and quality control*
* + Ability to follow  
** safety standards and production instructions*
