Production Machine Operator – Packaging (1st & 2nd Shifts

We’re Inno-Pak. Every day, our team creates the packaging that gets food from the counter to your customers’ hands — and we’re growing. We’re filling several hands‑on warehouse and production roles right here in Delaware, Ohio.

VARIOUS OPEN POSITIONS — First & Second Shift Available

Warehouse
:
Load & unload trucks, cycle count, wrap pallets, and manage shipping/receiving.

Forklift / Material Handler
:
Safely operate forklifts and clamp trucks to unload, move, stage, and store materials and inventory.

Machine Operator
:
Set up and run production machinery to produce quality packaging to spec.

• Safely operate equipment — forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, or production machinery
• Load, unload, and stage materials and finished products
• Accurately track inventory using scanners and warehouse systems
• Inspect products and materials for quality; report issues right away
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safety-compliant
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production and shipping goals

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Warehouse, manufacturing, or forklift experience preferred (not required for every role)
• Forklift/clamp truck certification required for those positions
• Comfortable with scanners, tablets, or basic computer programs
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout your shift
• Reliable transportation and a strong safety mindset
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
