This Surgery Center Nurse Administrator opportunity is with a respected, patient-focused ambulatory surgery organization known for specialized orthopedic care, efficient clinical operations, and a strong commitment to safety. The RN Surgery Center Administrator will oversee a large ASC with high patient volume and will work alongside top orthopedic physicians in a fast-paced OR environment. This is an outstanding opportunity to take over a well-organized and profitable surgery center while guiding Operating Room services, perioperative nursing practice, patient flow, regulatory readiness, infection prevention, and daily Surgery Center operations. The Ambulatory Surgery Center RN Administrator will have the visibility and resources to maintain excellent performance while identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Reporting to senior ambulatory leadership, the Surgery Center Nurse Administrator will receive support from experienced clinical, administrative, and physician partners. Responsibilities include staffing and scheduling, budget oversight, policy development, quality improvement, compliance, employee engagement, patient safety, and operational performance. The ASCRN will lead friendly nurses and a diverse team of surgeons, anesthesia professionals, surgical technologists, support staff, and healthcare leaders while fostering accountability, mutual respect, professional development, and consistently outstanding orthopedic surgical care.
