Great Direct Hire opportunity for an experienced Quality Engineer to join an established, privately owned manufacturer in Delaware, Ohio!

The Quality Engineer will lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS). This will include leading gap assessments, creating an implementation blueprint and schedule, establish document control procedures, work instructions and similar, create an internal audit process/program, manage supplier quality (qualification, performance metrics, develops, etc.) and similar roles.

Pay range is $90,000-$110,000 annually with strong benefits.

To be successful in this role the Quality Manager will have:
Bachelor Degree in Quality, Engineering or similar, 5+ yrs Quality Engineer experience in manufacturing, Hands-on Supplier Quality Management, ISO 9001 working knowledge, strongly prefer Lead Auditor cert.
