Real Estate Associate, District 6 Real Estate - PN What You Will Do
Perform duties in various Real Estate disciplines including property acquisition, title research, closings and property management.
Use various computer software programs to prepare and manage reports and other documents, as well as perform administrative tasks.
- Interaction with the public and other government agencies to discuss project impacts and status.
- Well-organized and motivated self-starter
- Public Relations skills, customer-service oriented
- Independent worker with problem-solving skills
24 mos. trg. or exp. in real estate, property management or related field; travel required, must be able to provide own transportation.
- Or undergraduate core program in business administration, real estate, property management or related field; travel required, must be able to provide own transportation.
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
