Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Daytime:
Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

• Provide customer service at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and reporting through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and support site protocols for employees, guests, and/or vendors.
• Observe and report maintenance concerns, suspicious behavior, and policy violations, and assist with directional support and general assistance as needed.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
