Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including lobbies, office areas, entry points, and perimeter locations, noting conditions that could help to deter unauthorized access.;
Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, assisting with visitor processing, and reporting suspicious behavior or policy violations.;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; report concerns to site leadership when needed.
