Full-time maintenance position available in Delaware for an apartment complex

Duties and Responsibilities:

Strong HVAC skills - Heating/cooling troubleshooting
Strong plumbing skills desired.
General maintenance skills
Carpentry
Residential electric repairs to lights, etc., painting
Vinyl plank flooring installation
Some groundwork required.

Hours:

Mon.

- Fri. 8:30 a.m.

- 5:00 p.m. (1/2-hour lunch break) After hours on call needed every other week.

Pay rate: $22.00 (depending on Experience)
