Delaware Area, Ohio Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available Competitive Pay | Based on Experience Ōnin Staffing is hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for a growing manufacturing facility in the Delaware area! If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, working hands-on, and keeping production running smoothly, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for. What You'll Be Doing
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machinery
- Diagnose equipment issues using precision measuring and testing instruments
- Dismantle and replace defective machine components
- Fabricate repair parts using machine shop tools and equipment
- Assist production teams by minimizing downtime and supporting maintenance best practices
- Maintain inventory of equipment, parts, and maintenance supplies
- Document repairs, maintenance activities, and communicate ongoing needs to team members
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and OSHA standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support overall production goals
Skills and Experience
What We're Looking For
2+ years of maintenance technician experience preferred Basic understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Experience using a multimeter and troubleshooting equipment issues Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance programs PLC experience is a plus Basic welding skills (MIG/TIG) are a plus Ability to wire a 480V motor preferred Fabrication experience is a plus Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to safely use hand and power tools Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to work in varying temperatures depending on seasonal conditions
- Strong attention to safety and maintaining a clean work environment
- Reliable attendance is required
