Redwood Living, Inc. is seeking a skilled Multi-Site Apartment Maintenance Technician to maintain our single-story communities. You will perform routine and emergency repairs, inspect buildings, and coordinate with site managers to prioritize tasks across multiple locations.
Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry is essential. HVAC certification and CMRT or similar credentials are preferred. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
