As a Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a skilled crew, overseeing both hardscape and landscape installations, and ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a crew of 2-3 members on outdoor construction projects, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards.
  • Interpret blueprints and project plans to guide installations and manage job site logistics.
  • Operate and maintain landscape equipment and machinery, ensuring all tools are used safely and effectively.
  • Train and mentor crew members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Manage project timelines, coordinate materials, and maintain clear communication to ensure customer satisfaction throughout each phase of construction.
  • Participate in snow operations during winter months to help maintain safe community spaces.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate construction equipment.
  • Experience in landscape construction, hardscape installation, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
  • Physical ability to work outdoors in all seasons and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism.
  • Bilingual candidates are a plus.
