Overview
Quality Carriers, Inc. (QC), headquartered in Tampa, FL, is North America's largest bulk liquid chemical carrier. Through a network of more than 100 terminals and facilities, we transport a broad range of chemical products and provide our customers with value-added transportation services.
QC is currently looking for Union Tank Wash Cleaners for the Delaware, OH tank wash facility.
This opportunity is for 3rd shift (11pm-7am).
Responsibilities- Properly disassemble, inspect, clean and reassemble tank internally and externally, appurtenances that include but are not limited to: vents, valves, clean-out caps, clamps, loading/unloading lines, hoses and other equipment that is to be cleaned as per normal tank cleaning procedure
- Properly operate atmospheric testing equipment and understand the use and care of rescue equipment used in confined space rescue.
- Familiarize self with, and comply with, all existing Federal, State, Local and Company requirements, rules, and regulations that pertain to personal safety in the performance of duties, through company provided literature and training.
- Maintain an environment of cleanliness and safety within the wash facility and complete all paperwork as required by the Company.
- High School Diploma or equivelant preferred
- Valid Driver's License is required for this position
