Delivery Driver (Part-Time)

Blue Hen Route LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) based in Wilmington, Delaware, seeking enthusiastic team players to deliver Amazon packages.

Location: 851 Boxwood Road, Wilmington, Delaware 19804

Hours: Shifts 8–10 hours per day, approximately 9:45 am–7:45 pm, available 7 days per week (weekends only).

Compensation: $21.75 per hour plus bonus (if applicable) plus paid training, overtime, and PTO. Health insurance, 401(k) matching (after 90 days), maternity and parental leave.

• Weekends only (Thursday–Sunday)
• 10‑hour day shift

• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test.
• No prior experience required.
• Must be able to commute to Wilmington, DE (or be planning to relocate).

• Safely drive and operate Amazon‑branded delivery vehicle.
• Use handheld device for routing and customer delivery information.
• Load and unload packages to be delivered.
• Handle packages up to 50 lb.
• Work in varying weather conditions.
