Truck Driver - OTR Class A Hazmat Logistics

Job Description

• Average $85000 to $100000 Annually
• Late model, Penske Truck Leasing trucks
• Best-in-class specs designed for comfort and safety
• Equipped with inward and outward facing in‑cab cameras helping to ensure safety for all

• Deliver palletized product to customers locally utilizing an electric pallet jack
• Maintain professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers
• 1 to 3 layovers required per week

• 5 day work week

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicant must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in state of residence
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non‑exempt interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor‑trailer experience in last 3 years required, or 2 years in last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• Follow all federal and/or state laws and regulations
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential
• English language proficiency for federal compliance
• Work required schedule, location, complete application, background investigation and drug screening required
• Position regulated by DOT; constant state of alertness and safety required, accepts responsibility for own safety and others

• See and hear requirements: close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, adjust focus
• Move frequently, stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach; lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly; occasionally up to 100 lbs (45 kg)
• Legally operate motor vehicle and safely enter/exit vehicle and rear cargo area
