Berlin Township Road Laborer
Berlin Township is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our Road Department as a Road Laborer (Level 1 or Level
2). This position plays a key role in maintaining the safety and quality of Township roads, bridges, culverts, and facilities. The ideal candidate is motivated, team-oriented, and capable of performing a wide variety of outdoor maintenance tasks in all weather conditions while working as a member of a designated work crew. The Road Laborer reports to the Road Superintendent or to any Board member or designee of the Board.

Two weeks of vacation accrued at 3.08 hrs. per pay period. Prior public service years accepted when computing vacation accruals. Additional week of vacation after eight, 15, and 25 years employment, up to five weeks. - Sick Days:
Sick leave accrued at 4.62 hrs. per pay period (15 days per year). Prior public service accrued unused sick hours can be brought over. Max of 600 hours may be accrued.
