Specialized Driver Overview

• Pay that performs for specialists. Earn 61-63
  
  CPM base pay based on experience, with average weekly earnings of $1,903 and top performers bringing home up to $2,168 per week.*
• Get paid to get started. Earn a $2,000 hiring bonus plus $1,000 orientation pay on your first dispatch, with an all-expenses-paid orientation at a luxury hotel in Roseville or Appling, GA.
• Pay that adds up beyond the mile. Earn $75 setup pay per load and $30 per stop after the first, on top of average weekly miles of 2,400+.
• Freight built for specialists. Haul ATVs and other recreational vehicles on custom decking trailers, running familiar specialized routes that reward experienced drivers with bigger paychecks.
• Miles that keep the checks coming. Run strong weekly miles on a specialized freight network built to keep steady, well-paying loads coming your way.
• Modern trucks made for comfort. Drive Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks averaging 16 months old, equipped with refrigerators, leather interior, double curtain wrap, double bunks, and built-in inverters.
