Picker/Forklift Operator

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Picker/Forklift Operator for our client in Delaware, Ohio. This is a hands‑on, physical role responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders in a warehouse or distribution center. The role ensures that products are picked, packed, and ready for shipment in a timely and efficient manner.

• Pick and pack products based on order sheets or digital systems
• Use RF scanner and tablet for order processing
• Locate items in the warehouse using inventory systems or labels
• Verify product accuracy and quantities before shipment
• Operate warehouse equipment such as picker, forklift, and scanners as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow company safety procedures and guidelines
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment when required

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous warehouse or picking experience
• Ability to lift and move items (up to 25-50 lbs, depending on role)
• Basic math and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Day Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
