Lawn Care Technician

Position

Full Time Lawn Care Technician. Guaranteed 40 hours/week after 90 days. Mon‑Fri 7 am‑3:30 pm. PTO, IRA match, paid holidays, customer satisfaction bonuses.

• Provide top quality exterior lawn care applications in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform shop/equipment work as needed.
• Offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field.
• Proactively communicate with customers to address their needs and enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with leadership to promote continual growth and improvement.

• Must possess integrity, self‑awareness, humility, compassion, and resilience.
• Strong work ethic
• Enjoy working outdoors
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate machinery and lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to meet production goals
• Pass a drug test and background check

Hourly Pay: $20‑$22/hour depending on experience.
