Responsibilities
- This role is crucial in ensuring the Pot Nets communities remain picturesque and inviting for residents.
- Hours:
Monday to Thursday, 6:30 am to 5 pm, Fridays as needed. - Maintain the grounds of Pot-Nets Community in a productive and safe manner.
- Perform tasks such as planting, trimming, spraying, weeding, mulching, pruning, fertilizing, watering, trash removal, snow and ice removal, and fence repairs.
- Keep job and stock inventory records and complete work detail reports daily.
- Identify and be familiar with plants typically found in the communities.
- Operate landscape maintenance equipment including loaders, Bobcats, tractors, edgers, and small outdoor power equipment.
- Ensure all duties are performed safely and professionally in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Other job duties as assigned.
