Join a dedicated team focused on maintaining and improving outdoor environments. As a Ground Crew Lead, you will oversee and participate in essential landscaping and tree care tasks, including pruning, stump grinding, brush control, and tree planting. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, leading by example, and ensuring high standards of safety and quality in every project.
Responsibilities- Lead and participate in ground-level pruning of trees and shrubs
- Operate stump grinding equipment to remove tree stumps safely and efficiently
- Manage general brush control using a Bushhog and other equipment
- Oversee and assist with tree planting projects
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company standards
- Coordinate with team members to complete tasks efficiently
- Experience with landscaping, tree care, or related outdoor work
- Ability to operate equipment such as stump grinders and Bushhogs
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to safety and detail
