Pot-Nets Landscape Maintenance Tech

We are seeking a dedicated Pot Nets Landscape Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the Pot Nets communities remain picturesque and inviting for residents. Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:30 am to 5 pm, Fridays as needed

• Maintain the grounds of Pot-Nets Community in a productive and safe manner.
• Perform tasks such as planting, trimming, spraying, weeding, mulching, pruning, fertilizing, watering, trash removal, snow and ice removal, and fence repairs.
• Keep job and stock inventory records and complete work detail reports daily.
• Identify and be familiar with plants typically found in the communities.
• Operate landscape maintenance equipment including loaders, Bobcats, tractors, edgers, and small outdoor power equipment.
• Ensure all duties are performed safely and professionally in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Other job duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of landscape maintenance required.
• Familiarity with plants, pests, and diseases.
• Ability to respond to instruction and acquire skills quickly through on-the-job training.
• Capability to perform heavy manual work for extended periods in all weather conditions.
• Ability to carry 50 pounds for a distance of 50 feet.
• Understanding and following oral and written instructions in English.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and passing a pre-employment drug screening.
