QA Technician Requirements
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous poultry experience is required. Excellent communication skills, basic PC skills and attention to detail. The ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of this position include completing regular quality checks, inspecting and monitoring processes and product, conducting and documenting bacteriological inspections of equipment and surrounding areas, auditing processes by using specifications, monitoring egg and chick quality processes and procedures, monitoring egg and chick quality, inputting quality data, performing hatch breakouts and monitoring team members for Best Hatchery Practices.
