Hard Rock International is seeking a Sous Chef for our cafe in Milford, Delaware. The Sous Chef will be responsible for maintaining culinary standards, assisting in the preparation of food orders, and supporting team development while ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
As second-in-command, the Sous Chef will work closely with the Kitchen Manager and Executive Chef and foster a customer-focused environment, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
