Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will help operate our restaurants on a day-to-day basis. You will assist the General Manager in ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You’ll also support local store marketing to help reach sales and profit goals while helping team members through performance and training initiatives.

Qualifications

Have at least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience.
Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation and Hours

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour. The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
