Job Description
Lexus of Wilmington is seeking a motivated BDC Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales team. This is a full‑time position requiring a flexible 40‑hour workweek, with rotating evenings and Saturday work. You will play a key role in automotive customer service and create positive experiences for our valued customers.
Essential Duties- Manage inbound and outbound communications with customers.
- Schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
- Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in customer service or the automotive industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
