IT Account Manager

Description

We’re looking for a Client‑Focused Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with clients, ensure their satisfaction and retention, and uncover opportunities to grow accounts. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, connecting business goals with technology solutions while advocating for your clients internally.

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients (non‑support).
• Build long‑term client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and present service performance.
• Collaborate with technical leaders on IT roadmaps and budget planning.
• Identify and manage upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
• Track contracts, renewals, and licensing.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and client documentation.

Full‑Time/Regular

• 3–5+ years in account management, client success, or similar role.
• Experience in IT services, MSP, SaaS, or telecom preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
• CRM and Microsoft 365 proficiency.

• 18 years of age or older.
• Able to provide proof of US Person Status
• Willing to submit to a drug screen
• Willing to submit to a background check
