Position:
Sales Associate

We are seeking bilingual associates (Spanish-speaking preferred) to join our sales team.

• Providing customers with outstanding customer service
• Building relationships and obtaining new customers
• Processing sales for new and/or used vehicles
• Maintaining current knowledge of products
• Greeting incoming customers in a positive, professional manner
• Interviewing customers to determine their needs and wants
• Working with customers online, by phone, text, and in person to determine their ideal vehicle based on features, payments, and options
• Presenting in-person vehicle features, advantages, and benefits relevant to customer needs and concerns
• Building rapport with customers by responding quickly and accurately to inquiries with trust-building language
• Handling administrative tasks including running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork
• Providing an exceptional customer experience with existing and potential customers through routine value-add communication

• Customer service standards are met and/or exceeded
• Sales objectives are met and/or exceeded

• Remain in a stationary position
• Move about the property indoors and outdoors
• Operate a computer and other office productivity equipment
• Position self to enter and exit vehicles
• Communicate with customers and staff
• Observe and identify customers and vehicles
• Move or transport up to 20 lbs
• Work in all outdoor weather conditions

• Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred
• Customer service and sales experience as relevant to a dealership environment
• Ability to interview customers to determine needs and present vehicle options
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
