Route Service Representative Workweek

Overview

Job Title: Route Service Representative (Rental Division) age and grow customer accounts along an established route. Partners drive a truck, service and sell within an existing customer base in a physical, fast‑paced indoor/outdoor environment. Deliver and pickup uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Required

• Meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Have an active driver’s license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
