Security Guard at Acts Retirement-Life Communities

Works under minimal direct supervision to ensure community security by patrolling the buildings and grounds, monitoring the gatehouse, and providing support during evening and night hours for residents and team members.

• Patrol buildings and grounds.
• Monitor gatehouse and entrances.
• Support residents and staff during evening and night shifts.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior security and/or emergency response experience preferred.
• Must be eligible to obtain a Security Guard Certification (Maryland) or obtain within the 3‑month introductory period.
• CPR, AED, and first aid certification (or obtain within 3‑month period).
• Valid driver’s license.

$17.00 - $20.91 per hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
