The Security Guard plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of guests, employees, and property. Their primary responsibility is to deliver optimal protection by enforcing rules and regulations, as well as deterring criminal activities and addressing any emerging issues. These dedicated professionals are vigilant in maintaining a secure environment, demonstrating a commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and security.

Key Functions

• Patrol and inspect property to protect against theft, fire, vandalism, terrorism and other illegal activity.
• Posting at stationary positions throughout the property to provide access control.
• Posting at checkpoints to carry out employee bag checks and monitor employees swiping time clock.
• Control access of independent contractors and vendors by ensuring that they log in and display proper e entering property.
• Control access of vehicles seeking to enter property and inspect vehicles leaving.
• Monitor public areas and guests floors to identify and remove undesirable persons and trespassers.
• Provide escorts for employees and patrons including escorts of cash and other valuables.
• Provide security for special events and VIP services.
• Provide exceptional customer service when assisting guests, patrons and employees.
• Provide all reasonable duties requested by management.
