Chesapeake Home Services, LLC. has an immediate opening for a Plumbing Service Technician.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
• Self-motivated and self-starter
• Works well under direction of supervisor
• Able to perform the work him or herself

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 3+ years of Residential Plumbing Service Technician Experience (required)
• Experience in installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems (required)
• Backflow certified or able to obtain with in 1 year of employment
• Must have hand tools and reliable transportation (required)
• Experience with using tablets and cellphones
• Experience using scheduling tools (required)
• Experience using Service Titan (preferred)
• Must have a clean 3-year driving record
• Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving.
• Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also perform independently.

The right individual will be an experienced plumbing service technician with the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations with strong written and verbal communication. They will be able to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities, with proven ability to work independently. They would excel in a very fast paced environment and be able to work under pressure.

Must be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service. Must be willing and able to work in a variety of extreme weather conditions. Salary Description

$25.00 - $30.00
