Installation Technician (High‑End Resi AV, Lighting, Shading, Control)

Compensation: $20.00 - $45.00 / hour

Low‑Voltage Installation Technician

• Experience on construction sites; ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools.
• A steady work history (3 years between hops), pleasant disposition, high EQ.

• Hours Per Week: 40 Hours Per Week
• Days Per Week:
  Monday to Friday 8 am‑5 pm

• Pull/Terminate/Test Low‑Voltage Cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron)
• Mount devices at the ends of those wires (AV/Network/Control/Lighting/Shading)
• Build and lace equipment racks
• Advanced setup and configuration of devices
• Advanced understanding of networks
• Advanced troubleshooting of devices
• Complete programming of Lutron
• Complete programming of Control4/Crestron/Savant
• (Basic skills & no programming = lower pay)

• AV Installation (Resi & Commercial)
• Security Installation
• Low‑Voltage Cable Pulling
• Managed Services (MSP) – If you can install!
• Electrician (HV or LV)

• $20/hr–$45/hr
