• At least 2 years of experience repairing collisions.
• Knowledge of frame and structural work such as pulling, straightening, and squaring.
• No‑shortcuts approach: blueprint and execute repairs correctly the first time.
• Attention to detail: tight bolts, perfect welds, and final finish.
• Physical fitness: able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team‑first attitude, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front‑office staff.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs without guesswork.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Carry out panel and structural work, returning vehicles to factory specs.
• Assemble and install components, ensuring quality fit and finish.
• Work as part of a team to move cars through the repair process.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
