Supervises a team of entry to intermediate level Field Service professionals or supervisors of Field Service Technicians. Manages day‑to‑day priorities in solving client issues received by the team. Optimizes manpower and resources, responds to complaints of customers, and escalates key issues to senior management.

• Direct connection to the Technicians, Union connection and onboarding
• Maintain relationship with Union SME for Tech Quoting and drive ops selling charge
• Training and development schedule, Onsite training
• Fleet, Site visits, jobsite QA
• Customer engagement
• Work with Service Coordinators on daily and extended schedule
• PM Plan Review for renewals and new contracts
• Daily time entry approval, Weekly payroll and issue resolution
• Site / Safety Inspections

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years Commercial HVAC system knowledge and components
• 5+ years Management experience dealing with Service Technicians and customers
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable by Carrier

The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $ annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position may be entitled to short‑term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
