• General Maintenance – Handle repairs and upkeep in apartments and common areas
• Unit Turnover Prep – Drywall repair, painting, caulking, and carpet care
• Groundskeeping – Light landscaping, trash removal, and seasonal weather response (snow/ice removal)
• Emergency Response – Be on call to address urgent maintenance needs
• Customer Service – Interact with residents professionally and ensure their satisfaction

• Experience – At least 1 year in general maintenance (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, etc.)
• Skills – Strong troubleshooting abilities across multiple trades
• Work Style – Independent yet team‑oriented, with excellent time management
• Tools – Must provide your own hand tools
• Personality – Reliable, proactive, and customer‑focused
• Flexibility – Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all conditions
