We are a fast growing Pest Control company based in New Castle, Delaware looking to hire seasonal employees. Job can potentially turn into a year‑round job.

We’re looking for a full‑time service technician. Pay starts at $20/Hour or 15% commission on serviced accounts, whichever is higher in any calendar month.

• A clean driving record is required.
• Must pass a background check.
• A minimum of 5 year’s driving experience with a valid license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Running a daily route servicing new customers and resolving customers’ concerns.
• Maintaining equipment in proper working order.
• Must be able to do simple math for mixing/recording products.
• Working Monday through Saturdays. Some days we require you to work from 8am until 7pm.

• Communication skills, both with customers and the office.
• Work with and understand how to use an iPad.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Problem solving skills.
• Treat everyone with dignity and respect.
• Ability to earn more than the hourly rate.
• Company vehicle to take home every night.
• Paid training. We will also pay for your licensing.
