We are seeking a full‑time HVAC Senior Service Technician to join our team in Newark, DE. The position comes with a competitive wage, comprehensive benefits package, paid vacation and holidays, and a 401(k) plan.

• Provide HVAC services, including repairs, replacements, installations, maintenance, and upgrades of HVAC systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, start up, and perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC equipment.
• Communicate clearly with customers, dispatchers, and managers to set expectations, address job challenges, ensure material availability, and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Eight or more years’ experience in construction‑specific HVAC tasks.
• Complete understanding of all aspects of the HVAC trade.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Post‑secondary education or apprenticeship preferred.
• EPA 608 certification.
• Authorized to pass background check and drug screen; valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Experience in HVAC is a must.

Core hours:
Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
