We are actively seeking a night shift supervisor to join our team at Other Side Beverage. Other Side Beverage offers all services related to wholesale alcohol distribution. This role will have a primary focus of picking all of the orders for the upcoming deliveries. The night shift begins between 2–4 pm EST and ends between 2:00–4:00 am EST the following morning.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse function, with inventory management skills being a major plus. The candidate will be expected to work independently under limited supervision. Performance will be evaluated based on the accuracy and timeliness of product picking and placement on the correct delivery trucks. The candidate will also learn the company's suppliers, their products, and the timing of delivery days.

Basic computer and communication skills are required to download the product pick sheets.

Note:

This job is physically demanding and requires the ability to lift up to approximately 165 pounds. Candidates must have reliable means of transportation to and from the warehouse and will be expected to lift cases and kegs of beer weighing from 25–165 pounds. The number of units lifted in a shift could be several thousand.
