General Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager in Frankford, Delaware to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving incoming materials, processing orders, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping products, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, supervising warehouse personnel, and supporting overall operational excellence while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all warehouse operations in alignment with company policies, objectives, and performance goals.
  • Supervise receiving, warehousing, distribution, shipping, and facility maintenance activities.
  • Design, implement, and maintain efficient warehouse layouts and workflows.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce warehouse operational policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all warehousing, handling, transportation, and shipping regulations.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, organization, and warehouse security.
  • Manage inventory control processes and reconcile physical inventory with warehouse management systems.
  • Conduct routine inventory audits and coordinate replenishment activities as needed.
  • Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safe work practices.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, operations, and other departments to ensure timely receipt and delivery of materials.
  • Monitor service quality, identify operational inefficiencies, and implement continuous process improvements.
  • Ensure the safe operation, maintenance, and inspection of warehouse equipment.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.
  • Support company initiatives and contribute to achieving operational and customer service goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Years of Experience

4-6 years

Specific Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of electrical industry experience.
  • Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance with company safety standards.
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred.
Work Environment
  • Fast‑paced warehouse environment.
  • Non‑climate‑controlled facility with exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions.
  • Regular use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling devices.
  • Safety‑focused workplace requiring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Frequent interaction with warehouse staff, drivers, vendors, and internal departments.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly; heavier loads with assistance.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, climb, and perform repetitive motions.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
  • Ability to work in varying environmental conditions while maintaining productivity and safety standards.
