Shift: Monday
- Friday, 3pm PST - 12:30am PST

Preferred candidate will perform fulfillment operations tasks including receiving, inventory management, quality control, packaging, labeling and storage assignment while using equipment to move parts. The role may require operating forklifts and handling loads up to 50 lbs.

• Continuous improvement: evaluate, monitor, and raise roadblocks that could lead to downstream defects and support root cause analysis.
• Operate heavy equipment safely and follow maintenance practices.
• Receive shipments: unload, visually inspect packages, and verify acceptance per SOP.
• Conduct quality control checks for each part number.
• Document receipts: upload, store, and close out receipts or work orders per SOP.
• Data entry: input data into inventory management tools.
• Packaging: select appropriate packaging and secure items at all stages.
• Sorting and staging: move containers securely to prevent loss.
• Labeling and marking: ensure parts are properly labeled as per SOP.
• Storage assignment and auditing: store parts in proper locations and perform audits per SOP.

• 2+ years of Fulfillment Center Operations experience, including receiving and inventory functions.
• Experience operating a forklift (or ability to lift 50 lbs).
• Knowledge of deriving inventory requirements from drawings, specifications, and Bills of Material.
• Strong communication skills in a technical environment.
• Mathematical skills: percentages, area, volume, unit conversions.
• Analytical skills for problem definition, data collection, and conclusion.
• Demonstrated safety compliance: PPE, safe operating procedures, regular training.
• Attitude of quality, attention to detail, and dedication.
• Ability to earn trust, maintain positive relationships, and support an inclusive culture.
• Education:
  
  Desired degree in Supply Chain Management or certifications such as APICS or Lean Six Sigma (not required).
