Position OverviewAll‑round Logistics Employee, based at our production site in Delft, Netherlands. One‑year contract with intention to transition to a permanent contract. Day‑shift schedule: 08:00–16:30, Monday to Friday (no weekends). The role combines administrative responsibilities with physical warehouse support (20–30% physical work) in a compact, high‑value production environment that emphasizes accuracy, structure, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Perform logistics administration in the ERP system (Infor Syte Line) including goods receipt and stock control.
- Store raw materials and components efficiently, optimizing warehouse space and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Support and perform cycle counts and wall‑to‑wall inventory counts.
- Provide hands‑on support to daily warehouse operations (20–30% of time).
- Ensure timely internal movement of materials to production teams to prevent stock‑outs.
- Assist with inbound and outbound deliveries with logistics service providers and courier partners.
- Actively contribute to Kaizen and continuous‑improvement initiatives (processes, labelling, storage, flow).
- Communicate and align with internal stakeholders such as Procurement, Production, Planning, Logistics Service Providers, and Finance.
- Proven experience as an all‑round logistics employee in a warehouse or production environment, including working with an ERP system.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English (Dutch preferred for collaboration with production).
- A structured and accurate way of working, especially with small, high‑value items.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative and drive improvements.
