Procurement Intern

Responsibilities

• Supporting the purchasing team in doing market research to better understand the situation, the prices, and potential suppliers.
• Following market changes and price trends to better understand future strategy.
• Supporting data analysis and reporting (trends, costs, vendor performances, benchmarking).
• Supporting the team in conducting cost‑optimizing and effectiveness‑rising projects.
• Supporting the suppliers qualification process.
• Supporting the P2P (Procure‑to‑pay) process.
• Managing and updating data related to the processes in the SAP system.

• English‑speaking motivated student ready to embark on a journey of discovery.
• Thrilled about working in a fast‑changing international environment with people from diverse cultures.
• Interest in purchasing processes and related activities.
• Excellent communication skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong ability to meet deadlines and adapt to a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly.
• Open‑minded and easy‑going attitude.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of Power Query and Power BI.
