Job Description

Our team consists of young and ambitious Corporate Finance professionals with diverse backgrounds who derive satisfaction from jointly realizing the further growth of our group companies. Thus, we guide and support the FDI participations in strategy formation, investment decisions, financial modeling and operational improvement processes.

From day one, you will be part of various project teams and take on as much responsibility as you can handle. Your tasks, among others, will include:

  • Contributing to strategic plans and participating in strategic brainstorming sessions;
  • Supporting the development of financial models and valuations (such as liquidity models, business cases, acquisition models, and valuation analyses);
  • Preparing company profiles and information memoranda;
  • Conducting market and sector research to support strategic and financial decision-making.
Requirements
  • Master’s student or final-year Bachelor’s student (WO), preferably with a specialization in Finance, Accounting, or Economics;
  • Strong academic results are an advantage;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Ambitious, with a sense of responsibility;
  • Strong communication skills, both internally and externally;
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken;
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
