Gemeente Delft zoekt een functioneel beheerder HR systemen die de schakel vormt tussen gebruikers en applicaties. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van HR-applicaties en het vertalen van gebruikerswensen naar systeemfunctionaliteit.
Je werkt samen met een team van functioneel beheerders, waarbij je ook betrokken bent bij HR-projecten en de optimalisatie van de digitale strategie. Ervaring met HR-processen en applicaties, bij voorkeur Youforce, is een pré.
