Bouwers van morgen zoekt een HR-medewerker die structuur bewaakt, contracten regelt en de salarisadministratie ondersteunt. Je zorgt dat HR-processen dagen na dag beter lopen en biedt korte lijnen tussen medewerkers en leidinggevenden.
Daarnaast ben je flexibel en proactief, met ervaring in administratieve taken en bij voorkeur AFAS. Je werkt mee aan projecten en draagt bij aan een plezierige, professionele werkomgeving.
