ExRobotics in Delft designs explosion-proof autonomous robots and is expanding its HR team. As HR Officer you’ll own day-to-day HR operations, recruit and onboard, manage records in AFAS, and ensure compliance with Dutch law.
You’ll report to the management board, shape HR processes, develop job descriptions, support performance conversations, and contribute to workforce planning. Requires Dutch-English proficiency and a Dutch driver’s license; 5 years HR experience.
