Je beheert het hele recruitmentproces, maakt vacatureteksten, onderhoudt contact met vacaturehouders, plaatst vacatures online en zorgt voor voldoende sollicitanten via netwerk en cv-databases, met creatieve, buiten-de-lijntjes-initiatieven en zonder bonusstructuur.
