TNO invites a visionary CEO/Co-founder to lead a breakthrough deep-tech spin-off built on its microfluidic thermal management platform. You will shape strategy, markets, and path to first commercial traction in collaboration with your co‑founder and TNO.
You will translate advanced technology into a scalable product, build and lead the initial technical team, and secure financing while navigating hardware, manufacturing, and regulatory considerations.
