Volunteering opportunity:
Cooking Days at Oma's Soep
- Arrive at the specified start time at the community centre or day care.
- Welcome participants and receive instructions for the afternoon.
- Help prepare vegetables and make a tasty soup together with elderly participants.
- Engage in board games, tall tales, and conversation during the cooking session.
- Contribute to an atmosphere of companionship and joy for the elderly.
All information will be provided via email at least 3 working days before the activity. The role involves volunteering 2‑3 hours each week and focuses on community service and intergenerational interaction.
No formal qualifications are required. Volunteers should be friendly, patient, and able to follow simple cooking instructions.
